Part of Wildcrete’s African Game series, the Aardvark is a burrowing nocturnal mammal that has a long pigish snout, perfect for vacuuming up insects. The Aardvark is hand painted, offering a detailed and realistic imitation of the real thing, perfect for imitation hunting!
Sized in at 550mm in height, 350mm in width and 950mm in length this medium sized target only weighs 9kg, making it a breeze to move around the range! We recommend this target as a tricky mid shot for simulating those hunting scenarios. Featuring universal scoring rings this target is also great for competitive shoot offs, and are widely accepted as the standard for my 3D competitive settings.Apex Hunting recommends only using field tips, as broadheads can reduce the lifespan of your Wildcrete target much faster. Please also consider using lighter poundage bows to achieve the maximum performance of this target, however the Baboon Dad can be used with most setups.To take care of your new target we recommend that when you’re storing the product to keep it out of the sun, dry and have all arrows removed after each shooting session to allow the self healing foam to recover. It also features a replaceable core, further increasing the target's longevity!
